On September 25th, the b boys participated in an event called Fight Gone Bad, hosted by our bad ass gym - Alamo Crosfit.
This fundraiser was to raise money for the Wounded Warriors Project, Live Strong and the Crossfit Foundation. Alamo Crossfit raised close to $30,000 which proves they are one of the strongest Crossfit locations around.
As part of the event we created a video about the experience and the causes it help. We submitted the video to the FGB Pukies. The "Pukie" is the award given to the best video about the FGB5 event. The blondes in typical fashion stoled the gold. Please watch the video and let us know what you think.
